No, absolutely not! The resident howler monkeys stay high in the canopy, are scared of humans, and pose no danger.

Can we see or release sea turtles?

Yes! La Flor Wildlife Reserve—one of Central America’s premier sea turtle nesting beaches—is within short walking distance. Guests at Brasilito Oceanfront Sanctuary enjoy complimentary to observe nesting turtles and hatchling releases during the season.

What on-site staff assistance is available during my stay?

Our dedicated team is available to help with luggage, setting up the BBQ, arranging beach chairs, or assisting with any special requests.

Is water reliable, and is it included?

We have private water storage tanks on-site to ensure uninterrupted supply. Water is fully included at no extra cost. Water is not drinkable, but we do provide 5 gallons of purified water at no extra cost.

Yes. We have private security guards on-site 24/7 to ensure complete privacy and peace of mind.

What beachfront and ranch facilities do you offer?

Guests have access to a large communal main ranch, plus each villa enjoys its own private oceanfront mini-rancho with chairs. Clean, dedicated communal restrooms are located nearby for convenience.

Are there accommodations for personal staff or chauffeurs?

Yes. Every villa includes a dedicated service bedroom for personal domestic staff, and separate driver/chauffeur rooms are available on the property, FREE of charge.

Can you arrange airport transfers or local transportation?

Absolutely. Private airport transfers (from LIR or MGA) and local transport can be easily arranged prior to or during your stay.
